二、研究方向及合作导师介绍

合作导师:曹丽军

研究方向及介绍:特聘教授,博士生导师。本科和硕士毕业于西北农林科技大学,博士毕业于美国爱荷华州立大学,获遗传与基因组学博士学位。2019-2025年,于美国杜克大学及霍华德休斯医学研究所(HHMI)从事博士后研究工作。 主要研究植物在生物与非生物胁迫下的信号转导机制及抗性调控。近年来,在《Science》《Cell Research》《PNAS》《Plant Physiology》等国际学术期刊发表多篇研究论文。学校个人网站:https://bio.szu.edu.cn/info/1012/3763.htm

四、聘期待遇

学校博士后合同期限为2年或3年;综合年薪33万元以上。

I. About the College

Founded in 2002, the College of Life Sciences and Oceanography at Shenzhen University currently has a high-level faculty team (including 2 Chinese Academicians and over 10 national-level talents). There are many excellent programs in the college, including Biology & Biochemistry, Environmental Science & Ecology, Animal & Plant Science, Agricultural Science, Neuroscience & Behavior, and Genetics & Molecular Biology, which have successively ranked in the top 1% of ESI Global Rankings. II. Research Direction and Supervisor

Supervisor: Dr. Lijun Cao

Research Direction: Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, selected for the National Outstanding Young Talents Program (Overseas). Dr. Cao received his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Northwest A&F University and his Ph.D. in Genetics and Genomics from Iowa State University (USA). From 2019 to 2025, he conducted postdoctoral research at Duke University and the Howard Hughes Medical Institute (HHMI). His research focuses on signal transduction mechanisms and resistance regulation in plants under biotic and abiotic stress. III. Requirements

1. Applicants under 35 years of age and have obtained a Ph.D. within the last three years.

2. Strong research innovation ability and teamwork spirit.

3. High academic integrity and a rigorous scientific attitude, capable of meeting the job requirements.

4. Strong English reading and writing skills.

5. The research primarily involves model and crop plants such as Arabidopsis, soybean, and pepper. Talented individuals with relevant research experience are welcome to join.

IV. Compensation and Benefits

1. The postdoctoral contract period is 2 or 3 years, with an annual salary of over 330,000 RMB. Outstanding postdoctoral fellows will receive competitive, sustainable, and generous benefits, along with exclusive access to the university's postdoctoral talent development support program and a clear career development path.

2. The province and city provide a living allowance totaling 360,000 RMB per eligible postdoctoral fellow.

3. The university offers a comprehensive annual salary of over 150,000 RMB. Outstanding postdoctoral fellows may apply for the "Lixin Incentive Program," which provides an additional 48,000 RMB in bonus salary.

4. Outstanding postdoctoral fellows who meet the requirements can apply directly for faculty positions through the "Liyuan Reserved Talent Program".

5. Postdoctoral fellows can independently apply for research projects at various levels as principal investigators during their stay.

6. Eligible postdoctoral fellows may apply for professional and technical qualifications.

7. Postdoctoral fellows can choose to register as permanent residents in Shenzhen.

8. Shenzhen City provides a living allowance of 360,000 RMB to outgoing postdoctoral fellows.
