Postdoctoral positions are available in Dr. Fan's laboratory at the Department of Biological and Agricultural Engineering, University of California at Davis. Those positions require a PhD. in molecular biology, or microbiology, or biochemical engineering. Applicants are required to have hands-on experience with molecular genetics, good oral and written communication skills, ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment.
Candidates will have opportunities to work in exciting projects on cellulosic biofuels production. Those who have experience with fungal genetics will be given priority for consideration.
