Job Description

Pollak lab at Harvard Medical School seeking computational scientist or applied mathematician for postdoc to study genetic basis of human kidney disease. We use DNA sequencing data, gene expression data, and genotyping data in humans and mice to investigate the genetic basis of kidney disease.  Self-motivation, creativity, collegiality, and computational/mathematical skills are key skills we seek in an individual.  Would also consider a highly motivated individual with a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative science field.
