Your main tasks: • Development and validation of new assays for drug discovery projects • Profiling of natural compounds in cellular co-culture models • Screening of small molecule compounds using high content screening • Development of research equipment (e.g. high content screening, automatic imaging, pipetting robots) • User training on state-of-the-art technologies • Identification of external alliances with academia and pharma companies in the field Your Profile: • PhD degree in the field of biological sciences (cell biology, biomedicine, biochemistry) • 1+ year postdoctoral experience in an R&D environment • Hands-on experience with human primary cell culture • Excellent knowledge of metabolism, tumor biology and immunology • Practical experience with implementation of lab safety requirements • Experience in drug discovery projects with pharmaceutical or biotech company is a plus • High degree of reliability, organizational and interpersonal skills • Good communication skills in German and English • We welcome flexible team players who are interested to work in a dynamic multi-disciplinary atmosphere. Salary starting from €3.450 gross/month. Possibility of a higher salary depending on education, qualification and work experience.
