Seeking a highly motivated, energetic, enthusiastic and hard working Postdoctoral Fellow or Research Associate to work in a laboratory based on Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Harvard Medical School and member of the Dana Farber Harvard Cancer Center. The work involves signaling mechanisms of T cell activation and suppression and is focused on the signaling mechanisms of PD-1-mediated inhibition of T cell responses.
The candidate should hold a PhD degree, should have at least three years of experience in molecular biology and biochemistry and should master standard methods of protein chemistry. Knowledge and experience in cell biology using primary cells and cell lines is mandatory. Experience with imaging methods using confocal microscopy would also be important.
