Looking for a motivated, high caliber candidate for developmental research in the area of responsive water soluble polymer systems, their controlled assembly, micro and nanopatterning for controlled functionality.
Surfaces and materials developed will be applied to controlled wetting and/or controlled biomedical device interactions with biological components.
Candidates with a strong publication record and relevant expertise in one or more of the following areas can apply: polyelectrolyte and biocompatible polymer systems, protein quantification and analysis, polymer coatings and responsive surfaces, surface wetting or rheology.
Candidates with keen interest in polymer structure property relations, surface wetting or synthetic polymer – biological interactions will be viewed favorably.
