A postdoctoral position is available for advanced or early-stage postdoctoral fellow with a Ph.D. in neuroscience, physiology, psychology, or Chemistry. The position focuses on i) developing new types of microbiosensors or ii)monitoring neurochemicals (e.g. catecholamines) in the brain of living animals using electrochemical microbiosensors to understand role of neurochemicals in stress- and reward-related behaviors, define and understand dysfunctions of the central nervous systems in disease states. Priority will be given to individuals with research experience with survival stereotaxic surgeries in rodents and animal behavior research or micro- and nanofabrication of biosensor.University at Buffalo - Buffalo, NY
