1、单位介绍

浙江大学创立于1897年，坐落于中国历史文化名城、风景旅游胜地杭州。经过百余年的建设与发展，学校已成为一所特色鲜明、在海内外有较大影响的综合型、研究型、创新型大学，涵盖哲学、经济学、法学、教育学、文学、历史学、理学、工学、农学、医学、管理学、艺术学、交叉学科等13个门类。2026年QS世界大学排名第49位、USNews世界大学排名第45位、THE世界大学排名第39位，2025年软科学世界大学排名第24位。

Zhejiang University(ZJU) was founded in 1897 and is located inHangzhou, a historic and culturally significant city in China. Zhejiang University ranks 49th in the 2026QS World University Rankings, 45th in the 2026 U.S. News WorldUniversity Rankings, and 39th in the 2026 Times Higher Education(THE) World University Rankings, and 24th in the 2025 AcademicRanking of World Universities (ARWU)

浙江大学“一带一路”国际医学院是浙江大学响应国家共建“一带一路”倡议，面向新时代世界医学发展趋势，由浙江大学与义乌市人民政府合作共建，国家教育部正式批准，浙江大学负责办学和管理的直属单位。学院定位于建设国际化、高水平、研究型特色的高等医学教育机构，培育一流的医学科学家和健康行业的领导者、培养具有全球竞争力的高水平医学人才。2023年10月，校园正式启用，现有学生783人，包括国内研究生(含港澳台地区)453人，以及来自61个国家的国际学生330人。

The International School of Medicine, Zhejiang University (ISM) is adirectly affiliated academic unit of Zhejiang University in responseto the national "Belt and Road" initiative, in line with global trendsin contemporary medical education and research. It is acollaborative project between Zhejiang University and the YiwuMunicipal People's Government, officially approved by the Ministryof Education, and is managed and operated by Zhejiang University.ISM is positioned as an international, high-level, and research-oriented higher medical education institution, aiming to cultivatetop-tier medical scientists and leaders in the health industry, as well

as to train highly competitive medical professionals with globalperspectives. The campus officially opened in October 2023 and783 students study here, including 453 domestic postgraduatestudents and 330 international students from 61 countries.

浙江大学医学院附属第四医院是浙江大学直属附属医院，省级综合性三甲医院。医院地处浙中义乌，于2014年10月开业，在全国三级公立医院绩效考核中连

续五年蝉联A+、稳居全国前5%，折中西第一，医疗技术区域领先。

The Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School ofMedicine(ZJU4H) is a directly affiliated hospital of ZhejiangUniversity and a provincial comprehensive three-A hospital.Located in Yiwu City and opened in October 2014, ZJU4H hasmaintained an Atrating for five consecutive years, making it rankedfirst in the central and western regions of Zhejiang province, withleading medical technology in the region.

折江大学国际健康医学研究院聚焦生物医学前沿领域，构建医疗技术创新、科研成果转化、健康产业孵化、医学人才培养、科研技术服务、公众科普宣教七大核心功能体系，建有生殖、肿瘤、再生与衰老、代谢、RNA、遗传、膜受体与脑7个医学中心，实验动物中心、公共实验平台、生物样本库3个公共平台，打造

具有国际影响力的医学创新枢纽和转化医学高地。

The International Institutes of Medicine, Zhejiang University (IIM)focuses on the forefront of biomedical fields, building seven corefunctional systems including medical technology innovation,research translation, health industry incubation, medical talentcultivation, scientific research technology services, and publicscience popularization and education. It has established sevenmedical centers focusing on reproduction, oncology, regenerationand aging,metabolism, RNA science,genetics, membranereceptors, and brain science, as well as three public platformsincluding experimental animal center, public experimental platform,and biological sample library, IIM is building a medical innovationhub and translational medicine highland with internationalinfluence.

2、项目申报

为吸引海外优秀青年人才回国(来华)工作，国家自然科学基金委员会自2021年起，设立国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金项目(海外)。诚邀全球优秀青年学者依托浙江大学“一带一路”国际医学院申报，学校和学院将提供良好的科研工作环境和发展平台，以及极具竞争力的薪酬待遇。

In order to attract excellent young scholars from overseas to work inChina. the National Natural Science Foundation of China has set up theNational Natural Science Fund for Excellent Youth Science Fund Project(Overseas) since 2021.We sincerely invite excellent young scholars worldwide to apply for theNational Natural Science Fund for Excellent Youth Science Fund Project(Overseas) based on International School of Medicine, Zhejiang UniversityZhejiang University and our institute will provide a good researchenvironment and development platform, as well as a competitive salary.

3、申请条件APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

1遵守中华人民共和国法律法规，具有良好的科学道德，自觉践行新时代科学

家精神。

2出生日期在1986年1月1日(含) 以后。

3具有博士学位。

4取得博士学位后至2026年4月15日前，应在海外知名高校、科研机构、企业研发机构等获得正式教学或科研职位，且具有连续36个月以上工作经历;在海外取得博士学位且业绩特别突出的，可放宽工作年限要求(通过中外联合培养方式取得海外博士学位不适用)。在海外工作期间，同时拥有境内带薪酬职位的申请

人，其境内带薪酬职位的工作年限不计入海外工作年限。

5在生命科学、医学领域取得同行专家认可的科研或技术等成果，且具有成为

该领域学术带头人或杰出人才的发展潜力。

6申请人尚未全职回国(来华) 工作，或者2025年1月1日以后回国(来华)工作。获资助通知后须辞去海外工作并全职回国(来华)工作不少于3年。

薪酬待遇 Remuneration

年薪可超100万。另根据人才类别，按政策享受地方相应的配套津贴及安家补贴，归国后尚未与国内单位建立劳动关系的，可按规定享受1.2万元/月以上生活补贴。

Annual salary may exceed I million RMB, applicants can enjoy thecorresponding local government subsidies and settlement subsidiesbased on talent categories. Besides, talents who have returned toChina but have not yet established labor relations with domestic unitscan enjoy a monthly living allowance of more than twelve thousandRMB.

科研经费 Scientific Research Fund

在基金委资助的基础上科研启动经费可超1000万，按需支持，一事一议，不设上限。

Starting funds may exceed 10 million RMB based on NSFCfundingnegotiable based on actual demands, no upper limit.

住房安排 Housing

入住人才过渡房(拎包入住)，符合政策条件者，可以优惠价格申购人才住房一套。

One assignment of talent housing can be purchased at a preferentialpolicy price,and one assignment of expert apartment can beprovided during the transition period.

其他支持Other Support

聘任为“百人计划”研究员，是浙江大学正式事业编制教学科研并重岗教师，具有博士生招生资格，保证前三年不少于3个博士研究生，全额资助同期在站3个博士后名额，支持招收技术员。

Appointed as ZJU 100 Young Professor: eligibility for doctoraenrollment, guarantee of enrollment of more than 3 doctoral studentsfor the first three years, guarantee of enrollment of 3 post-doctoral atthe same time (funded by the school).
