| CELLULAR MYCOBACTERIOLOGY Department of Medicine, University of British Columbia, BC, Canada A Post Doctoral Fellowship position is available immediately to study the molecular mechanisms of host/pathogen interaction. The research program covers tuberculosis pathogenesis using in vitro and in vivo system models. See more details at: http://www.id.med.ubc.ca/Faculty/Faculty_Hmama.htm. Motivated candidates with a Ph.D degree, OBTAINED WITHIN LAST 3 YEARS, and a strong background in cell biology, molecular biology and immunology are encouraged to apply. Experience in mycobacteriology would also be desirable. The position is available for one year, renewable for up to three years, depending upon research progress and continuation of funding. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience and according to UBC guidelines. Candidate with a good list of publications will be encouraged to apply for Provincial and Federal Scholarships within or prior first year of training.
