Two Research Positions (PDFs) available immediately
We are looking for 2 postdoctoral fellows having recently completed their Ph.D. to work on the role of H2S in cardiovascular system and aging development (Science 322:587, 2008; J. Biol. Chem 286:26450, 2011) at the Cardiovascular and Metabolic Research Unit, Lakehead University in Thunder Bay, Canada. The candidates with a strong background of molecular biology (DNA methylation and repair), protein modification, and functional imaging would be a definite asset. The initial appointments are for 2 years with possible extension for 1 more year. Stipend will be commensurate with experience.
