A position is available for a motivated postdoctoral candidate to participate in a collaborative and rich research environment. We are interested in the role protein aggregation in neurodegeneration, neuromuscular disease and myopathies. In particular disorders associated with impaired protein degradation pathways such as IBMPFD due to mutations in VCP. Our lab utilizes biochemistry, cell culture, animal models and human tissue.
