Epigenetics and Transcriptional Regulation
A postdoctoral position will be available beginning September 2012 to study epigenetic and transcriptional regulation of gene expression and cell differentiation, with a focus on adipogenesis and embryonic stem cell differentiation. We use a combination of tools, including epigenomics (ChIP-Seq and RNA-Seq), bioinformatics, proteomics and mouse genetics, to study the roles of histone methylation and acetylation in regulation of gene expression and cell differentiation.

Requirements:
Motivated candidates with the aim of becoming an independent scientist are encouraged to apply. Candidates should have a Ph.D. degree in biological sciences with less than 3 years postdoctoral experience.
