Post-doctoral position in mouse complex trait genomics

The Sullivan lab at UNC-Chapel Hill (Department of Genetics) has an immediate opening for a postdoctoral scientist. The lab studies the genomics of complex behavioral traits in humans and mice. The position would focus on the latter in conjunction with our NHGRI Center of Excellence for Genomic Sciences and the murine Collaborative Cross resource (centered at UNC). Application of DNA and RNA next-generation sequencing technologies are central to the work.
Applicants with relevant background in genomics, mouse genetics, complex trait genetics, or mouse genetics mice are invited to apply. Extensive bench experience is essential. Familiarity with NGS data management and analysis is helpful.
