To implement the research project PN-II-ID-PCE-2011-3-0429, entitled “The adipose tissue at the pathogenetic crossroad of diabetes and vascular disease” funded by the Romanian National Authority for Scientific Research, CNCS-UEFISCDI, the project leader, Prof. Dr. Constantin Ionescu-Tîrgovişte, the Institute of Diabetes, Nutrition and Metabolic Disease “N. Paulescu” announces the existence of two open postdoctoral researcher positions.
Description
The applicant should have a Ph. D Degree in Medicine, Chemistry, Biology or Pharmacy. He/she should have strong background in the field of diabetes, nutrition, metabolic diseases, oxidative stress in different human pathologies, proven through articles and papers or presentations in national/international conferences. Involvement as a member of the team at least three research contracts is an advantage. The applicants must have a good knowledge of programs Microsoft OfficeTM tools (WordTM, ExcelTM and PowerPointTM). The candidate should also demonstrate good organizational and communication skills.
