Job Description
A postdoctoral position focused on studying DNA in confinement, in particular in nanofluidic devices, is available in the group of Kevin Dorfman in the Department of Chemical Engineering and Materials Science at the University of Minnesota. There are openings for either modeling or experiment. For modeling, the ideal candidate will have experience in polymer physics or fluid mechanics and a working knowledge of Fortran. For experiments, the ideal candidate will have experience in nanofabrication and/or manipulating DNA. A PhD in chemical engineering, physics, or a related discipline is required.
