Job Description

Postdoctoral Fellow Positions Postdoctoral fellow positions are available to study molecular and cellular mechanisms of pain and synaptic transmission and plasticity. Candidates should have solid graduate training in neuroscience and peer-reviewed publications in patch-clamp electrophysiological recordings, high-throughput analysis related to epigenetics, and applying functional proteomics to the study of signal transduction. Ongoing studies include epigenetic control of chronic pain, ion channel regulation in primary sensory neurons and spinal cord, protein-protein interactions in ion channel function, and neural control of circulation in essential hypertension.
