A postdoctoral position is open in the laboratory of Abe Brass at Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, Mass. The focus will be using functional genomic and proteomic strategies to identify host and viral proteins that modulate infection. Host proteins identified in the high throughput efforts will be characterized in depth using molecular biological, biochemical, and cell biological approaches.

The postdoctoral position will be filled by a scientist who is extremely productive and possesses exceptional skills in molecular biology and/or biochemistry. The ideal scientist will be a team player, who enjoys working closely and collaboratively with others in the group.
