Department of Chemistry Postdoctoral Research Associate in High Throughput Materials Discovery £30,870 - £35,789 pa We seek a materials chemist to underpin the high-throughput and combinatorial aspects of our research in new materials discovery. You should have a PhD in Chemistry, Materials Science or related subject with an excellent publication record in the synthesis of materials. Direct experience of using high-throughput technology (e.g. robotics, automation) or design of experiments (DoE) would be advantageous. This 5 year post will be based in the Centre for Materials Discovery (www.liverpool.ac.uk/materials-discovery) and will enable the development of accelerated, automated routes for the discovery of new functional materials, both in academic and industrial research programmes.
