Job Description.
The University of Chicago’s Department of Radiation and Cellular Oncology is seeking qualified applicants for full time Postdoctoral Scholar positions. The primary activity of a Postdoctoral Scholar is academic research in association with a faculty member or team. Openings currently exist in research teams studying the interaction of the immune system and ionizing radiation and the production of cancer vaccines that can be employed with radiotherapy Qualified applicants must possess doctorate degrees and preferably with strong backgrounds in immunology molecular biology, interferon signaling, and animal models of human cancer. The level of the position and compensation are dependent on qualifications and experience. .
