Postdoctoral Research Fellow Position

A postdoctoral research fellow position supported by a National Research Foundation (NRF) grant is available immediately to participate in a research project, developing a real-time monitoring system for nano-materials in environmental aquatic medium in the department of Mechanical Engineering at Korea University. This project focuses on detection 1-dimensional nano-material surveillance in environment with innovative sensing methods.

Applicants must have a doctoral degree in mechanical, material, electrical, chemical engineering, or related fields. Experience with fabrication of microsystem, microfluidics, particle separation and nano particles is highly desired. A highly self-motivated, self-directed individual who shows initiative, is creative, and has outstanding writing skills, is sought.

Salary is competitive, and the length of appointment is two years (second year appointment is based on the first year performance).
