A post-doctoral position for an individual with a Ph.D. degree in Immunology is available immediately in a type 1 diabetes research laboratory at the University of Florida. The position requires experience working with human clinical samples and involves studying mechanisms of immune regulation and regulatory T cells. The candidate should have a strong background in cellular and molecular immunology and the ability to individually implement and conduct experiments. Technical expertise in advanced flow cytometry and cell sorting is desired. A proven record of verbal and written communication is necessary. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
