暨南大学是中国第一所由国家创办的华侨学府，是目前全国境外生最多的大学，是国家“211工程”重点综合性大学，直属国务院侨务办公室领导。素有“华侨最高学府”之称的暨南大学，恪守“忠信笃敬”之校训，注重以中华民族优秀的传统道德文化培养造就人才。2015年6月，暨南大学被广东省委、省政府列为高水平大学建设高校。暨南大学设有27个学院，61个系，188个研究机构和77个实验室，89个本科专业；博士学位授权一级学科点15个、博士学位授权二级学科点（不含一级学科覆盖点）4个；硕士学位授权一级学科点38个、硕士学位授权二级学科点（不含一级学科覆盖点）5个；4个国家级重点学科（产业经济学、水生生物学、金融学和文艺学）、8个国务院侨办重点学科、20个广东省一级学科重点学科、4个广东省二级学科重点学科，设有国家人文社会科学重点研究基地（华侨华人）、教育部中国语言文学人才培养和科学研究基地、国家大学生文化素质教育基地、国家对外汉语教学基地、国务院侨办华文教育基地和广东省人文社科重点研究基地。有国家工程中心1个，省、部级设置的研究中心14个、重点实验室13个。暨南大学正努力向更高的办学水平迈进，致力于建设特色鲜明、海内外知名的研究型大学。

JinanUniversity is one of China's "One Hundred Key Universities of21stCentury"(the “211 Project”) and is operated under the leadership ofthe Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of State Council. As the firstuniversity established by the State for overseas Chinese students, JNUcurrently has the largest number of overseas and foreign students and ishonored as the “top university for overseas Chinese”. Abiding by themotto of “loyalty, sincerity, integrity and respect”, the university iscommitted to cultivating talents with the excellent traditional Chinesemoralities and culture.  In June 2015, JNU was selected into the“High-level University Construction Program” by Guangdong provincialgovernment. The University has 27 colleges, comprising 62departments,188 research institutions, 77 laboratories and offering 89undergraduate majors, 189 master degree programs in 38 Level-I and 5Level-II disciplines as well as 74 doctoral degree programs in 15Level-I and 4 Level-II disciplines. Besides, we have 4 national keydisciplines（industrial economics, aquatic biology, finance and literarytheory）, 8 key disciplines at the level of the Overseas Chinese AffairsOffice of the State Council, 20 provincial Level-I key disciplines, and 4provincial Level-II key disciplines. The University has the followingteaching and research bases: a key research base of national humanity& social sciences, a teaching & research base for Chineselanguage & literature of the Education Ministry, a base for nationaluniversity cultural quality education, a national base for teachingChinese as a foreign language, an educational base for overseas Chineseeducation of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Counciland a key research base of humanity & social science of GuangdongProvince. It also has one national engineering center,14 ministerial andprovincial engineering centers and 13 key ministerial and provinciallaboratories.

Toachieve the goal of building a high-level university, JNU continues toimplement the strategy of “strengthening universities with more talentedpeople” in order to greatly enhance the core competitiveness of talentand sustainable development capacity and to further strengthen thesupport for the introduction and training of outstanding personnel. Forthis purpose, the university is now recruiting members or candidates ofthe “High-level Overseas Young Talents Program” (referred to as theThousand Young Talents Program)from home and abroad.

一、招聘学科

光学工程、信息与通信工程、电子科学与技术、中药学、药学、生物学、生物医学工程、生态学、环境科学与工程、基础医学、临床医学、中西医结合、中医学、口腔医学、公共卫生与预防医学、护理学、力学、网络空间安全、计算机科学与技术、软件工程、数学、化学、材料科学与工程、食品科学与工程、物理学等学科

二、人选基本条件

1、中组部青年千人

2、中组部青年****申报候选人（不含金融机构人选），应符合以下条件：（1）自觉遵守中国法律法规，具有良好的学术道德。

（2）属自然科学和工程技术领域，年龄不超过40周岁（截至2016年6月1日，以下涉及时间、年限以此为准）。

（3）申报时取得博士学位，并有连续3年及以上的海外科研工作经历（不包括在国内单位保留人事关系、保留职位且领取薪酬的海外工作经历）。国内取得博士学位的研究人员，不得突破上述年限要求；海外取得博士学位的研究人员，如果取得突出研究成果或其他突出成绩，可突破年限要求，用人单位应在申报材料中附破格说明。

（4）申报时在海外知名高校、科研机构、知名企业研发机构有正式教学或科研职位。

（5）申报时一般应未全职在国内工作，已经在国内工作的，回国时间应在一年以内。

（6）引进后全职回国工作。

（7）为所从事领域同龄人中的拔尖人才，有成为该领域领军人才的发展潜力。

Basic Requirements

1.Members of the “Thousand Young Talents Program”.

2.Candidates of the “Thousand Young Talents Program” (candidates of thediscipline of finance not included). Applicants should meet thefollowing requirements:

(1)Applicants should consciously adhere to China’s laws and regulations, and have good academic ethics;

(2)Applicants whose research fields are in natural science andengineering technology should be under 40 years old (up to June.1, 2016,the same below);

(3)Applicants should have acquired a doctoral degree, and have over threeyears’overseas research and working experience (not including workingexperience abroad with employment relations remained in China).Applicants who received a doctoral degree in China should not exceed theage limit of 40. Applicants who have received a doctoral degree abroadmay be waived from the age limit of 40 if they have outstanding researchperformance and other great achievements. In such cases, a waiverletter with explanation and proofs is required.  

(4)Applicants should have a permanent teaching or research position inoverseas universities, research institutions and enterprises of highprestige.

(5)Generally, applicants should not have a full-time position in China atthe time of application. However, if applicants are already holding aposition in China, it should be less than one year that they returnedfrom abroad.

(6)Applicants should work full time in China once employed.

(7)Applicants should be the top performers among their peers in the sameresearch field and have potentials to become the leading persons oftheir field.

三、提供待遇

暨南大学根据聘用岗位目标，为中组部青年千人或候选人提供具有竞争性的待遇。

1、中组部青年千人待遇：

（1）年薪税前不低于50万。

（2）科研配套经费100-300万。

（3）购房补贴安家费税前不低于200万。

（4）直接聘为正高职称。

（5）优先配备博士生招生、博士后和科研助理指标。

（6）解决子女中小幼入学问题。

（7）优先解决配偶的工作调动问题。

（8）提供高层次人才一站式服务。

（9）中央财政给予每人人民币50万元一次性补助；中央财政给予一定科研补助经费（100-300万），一次核定，按进度拨款；广东省财政提供25万元生活津贴和50万元工作经费予以配套支持。

Package of Salary & Benefits

JNUwill provide recruited members and candidates of “Thousand YoungTalents Program” with a competitive package of salary and benefits basedon the job position.

1.For members of “Thousand Young Talents Program”:

(1)Salary: no less than ￥500,000 per year(pre-tax).

(2)Supporting funds for research: ￥1,000,000-3,000,000.

(3)Housing/settling allowance: no less than ￥2,000,000(pre-tax).

(4)Recruited members will be directly employed as a senior professional.

(5)Recruited members will have the priority to recruit PhD students, post-doctorsand research assistants.

(6)Theuniversity will provide applicants assistance in their children’s entryinto kindergarten, primary school and middle school in Guangzhou.

(7)Members will enjoy the one-stop service for high-level talents.

(8)The university will give priority to solve the job transfer of spouse of members.

(9)Eachnew recruit is entitled to acentral finance subsidy of￥500,000and aresearch fund ranging from ￥1,000,000 to ￥3,000,000, which, onceratified, will be allocated according to schedule. The Guangdongprovincial finance will also grant the recruit a living allowance of￥250,000 and a supportive fund of ￥500, 000.

2、通过我校组织评审后，先签订意向聘用合同，并利用我校平台申请中组部青年****，进入答辩环节的候选人待遇：

（1）年薪税前不低于40万。

（2）科研配套经费不低于100万。

（3）购房补贴安家费税前不低于100万。

（4）优先配备博士生招生和科研助理指标。

（7）若成功申报中组部****，学校将按照我校中组部青年千人待遇兑现。

2.Candidateshaving successfully passed the university review process can sign anemployment contract of intent, and apply for the “Thousand Young TalentsProgram” membership in the name of Jinan University. Candidates whohave entered into the defense session are entitled to the followingsalary and benefits:

(1)Salary: no less than ￥400,000 per year(pre-tax).

(2)Supporting funds for research: no less than￥1,000,000.

(3)Housing/settling allowance: no less than ￥1,000,000(pre-tax).

(4)Recruited members will have the priority to recruit PhD studentsand research assistants.

2、近五年承担的科研项目、发表的论文（注明SCI、EI、SSCI、CSSCI收录情况，期刊影响因子和论文他引次数）、获奖成果清单；
3、学历学位证书及所有科研项目、获奖及专利情况的证明复印件；
4、5篇代表性学术论文全文；
5、在国外任职或在国内担任重要职务的任职证明或证书复印件；
6、来校后的工作计划。
